The session is very insightful and informative - the unique positioning of Hong Kong under "One country, two systems", the strong arbitration culture, the breakthroughs in the legal regime to facilitate deal making and dispute resolutions in GBA and the immense opportunities for Hong Kong under the National 14th Five-year Plan. SJ also shared her views on the benefits for in-house counsels taking the GBA Legal Professional Exam. It gets us as in-house counsels to re-think our roles, what we can do and how we can help our respective corporates further in this journey.
