Mediate First Pledge Ceremony - The 4th Qianhai Legal Intelligence Forum On 2 November 2019, the “Mediate First” Pledge (“MFP”) event in Qianhai Shenzhen was held successfully. This was the second time the series of “Mediate First” Pledge event was held outside Hong Kong Around 20 companies / organisations signed the “Mediate First” pledge and agreed to attempt the use of mediation first when disputes arise. This marked a perfect end for the MFP ceremony in the forum.
