The Mock Arbitrations

Following the success of the HKMW 2019: Mock Arbitrations, CMAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center jointly with CIArb East Asia Branch, Hong Kong Maritime Law Association and Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group is organizing the Mock Arbitrations today (Friday, 20 November 2020). The event will be held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This event will feature mock arbitration hearing sessions with the aim of showcasing typical procedures adopted in maritime arbitrations, such as applying for interim measures and dealing with substantive matters of facts and law. On attending the event, participants may get themselves familiar with the common practice adopted in resolving maritime related disputes using arbitration.
