The seminar “Issues, Opportunities and Rewards for Parties and Their Lawyers: The New Arbitration Funding Landscape in Hong Kong” co-organised by the International Chamber of Commerce – Hong Kong and the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Government was successfully held in hybrid mode on 28 June 2023, attracting over 100 participants.
